Michelin, firma per Il Ristorante un menù che comprende alcuni dei
suoi piatti d’autore e nuove ricette create in esclusiva per Milano.
Gli ambienti del ristorante immergono in un’atmosfera calda e
sofisticata, carica di teatralità, attraversata da un fil rouge che parla
di tradizione e contemporaneità. Le lampade Robin scandiscono
la parete sul fondo, interpretando l’archetipo della lanterna con un
disegno moderno e minimale. Le ali in bronzo satinato abbracciano
il diffusore in cristallo oro, generando un effetto soffuso e caldo,
che dialoga con le tende dorate in velluto.

The Bulgari brand is a guarantee of excellence, absolute luxury and
timeless glamour, totally Italian style. The Niko Romito restaurant
inside Bulgari Hotel Milano reflects the same distinctive traits
through design and contemporary cuisine. Niko Romito, one of the
world’s most highly acclaimed chefs, having earned three Michelin
stars, has created a menu for the restaurant that includes some of
his signature recipes as well as new ones created exclusively for
Milan. The spaces of the restaurant immerse visitors in a warm,
sophisticated and theatrical atmosphere, crossed by a red thread
that speaks of tradition and contemporary style. The Robin lamps
set the pace of the back wall, interpreting the archetype of the
lantern with a modern, minimal design. The brushed bronze wings
embrace the diffuser in gold glass, generating a soft, warm effect
in dialogue with the golden velvet drapes.
