Adour è il ristorante e wine-bar creato dal
leggendario
e
pluripremiato
chef
Alain
Ducasse all’interno del rinomato St. Regis
Hotel. Il concept alla base del progetto era
quello di creare un ambiente che fosse allo
stesso tempo ricco e complesso come la
cucina che lo chef stesso propone. Questa
complessità la si legge nell’articolazione
spaziale dell’architettura, nella stratificazione
dei materiali e nella ricchezza della palette
colori. Ispirata alle sale lettura delle biblioteche,
la sala da pranzo principale gioca fra tradizione e
modernità. Al centro un lampadario Rotterdam
in cristallo veneziano viola, realizzato in una
misura speciale, è sospeso sopra un tavolo
retroilluminato color champagne mentre due
lampade da tavolo Sara, sempre nel colore
viola, incorniciano il wine bar sul fondo.
Adour is the restaurant and wine bar
created by the legendary award-winning
chef Alain Ducasse inside the famous
St. Regis Hotel. The concept behind the
project was to create a space that would be
as rich and complex as the cuisine offered
by the chef himself. This complexity is
reflected in the spatial arrangement of
the architecture, the layering of materials
and the variety of the range of colours.
Like a library reading room, the dining
area is a blend of tradition and modernity.
At the centre of the space, a Rotterdam
chandelier in violet Venetian Crystal, in
a custom size, hangs above a back-lit
champagne-colour table, while two Sara
table lamps, also in violet, frame the wine
bar in the background.

吉斯酒店内，屡获殊荣。建筑的设
计主旨是创造一个既丰富又复杂的
场景，宛如厨师自己做出的美食。
这种复杂性通过建筑的空间构造、
上下层材料和丰富的色调来诠释。
受图书阅览室的启发，主餐厅的风
格在传统和现代间反复变化。大厅
中间的香槟色长桌上方，悬挂着由
紫色威尼斯水晶制成的鹿特丹吊灯
（lampadario Rotterdam），尺寸
特殊，两个紫色萨拉台灯（lampade
da tavolo Sara）装点着酒吧的底
层。
