I
nostri mobili ed in particolare le nostre cucine
sono realizzati con cura, passione ed esperienza
dai nostri artigiani. Per le scocche di tutte le cucine
utilizziamo esclusivamente legno massello di tiglio,
anche per fondi, ripiani e schienali, garantendo un
prodotto che pochissimi oggi possono vantare. L’uti-
lizzo di quantità strettamente indispensabili di colle
viniliche nella costruzione delle strutture garantisce
l’assoluta assenza di tossicità e la totale salubrità dei
nostri mobili nel tempo. Anche le ante ed i cassetti
sono realizzati in legno massiccio, in particolare le
strutture dei cassetti hanno le tradizionali giunzioni a
coda di rondine sui quattro lati, a garanzia di grande
robustezza e durata nel tempo. Durante la realiz-
zazione della cucina viene eseguita una fase di pre-
montaggio per controllo e verifica del progetto ed
ottenere una perfezione che nasce esclusivamente
dalla manualità.

ll our furniture, in particular our kitchens, are
produced with attention and passion by our ar-
tisans. All body panels are made in lime-tree solid
wood, including shelves, bottoms and rear panels,
which is a feature that very few companies can still
offer nowadays. Moreover, the limited use of vinilic
glues for structure assembling guarantees an absolute
long-term atoxicity and complete healthiness of our
furniture.
Doors and drawers are made in solid wood as well.
In particular, the drawer’s structure is joined on all 4
sides with dovetail tecnique, which insures robustness
and durability. During the production process, we
preassemble the kitchens to check and verify all de-
tails, in order to reach the perfection that can come
only from manual skills.

ебель и кухни Бамакс это старание, страсть
и опыт наших мастеров. Каркасы кухонь, а
также полки, нижние панели и задние полики мы
делаем исключительно из наборного массива
липы, задавая, таким образом, стандарт качества,
аналогов которому сегодня практически не найти.
Количество винилового клея, используемого в
конструкции каркаса соответствует минимально
необходимому, что гарантирует абсолютную не-
токсичность нашей продукции и ее безопасность
для здоровья в течение всего срока эксплуатации.
Фасады и ящики также изготавливаются из мас-
сива, при этом для каркаса ящиков по всем четы-
рем сторонам традиционно применяется шиповое
соединение «ласточкин хвост». Один из обязатель-
ных этапов производственного процесса это пред-
варительная сборка кухни, что позволяет провести
промежуточный контроль и сверку с проектом, а
на выходе получить совершенный продукт, сде-
ланный искусными руками.
