a neoclassical bench with exaggerated c-scroll arms. box
cushion bench seat. black with gold striping. Turned and
tapered legs.
This highly decorative bench is an example of 19th century
british colonial furniture. The black and gold can work with
many traditional schemes, but the muted nature of the black
also allows somewhat more relaxed applications. ultimately,
this is an eclectic accent. superb as an end-of-bed bench.
Dramatic under a picture window or in a foyer.
