AX 20, technical design
AX 20 is the most masculine lamp in the Axo Light collection.
This new series, with table lamps, reading lamps, suspension lights, ceiling lights and wall lights, is a result of the company’s desire to demonstrate its vocation for high tech and quality details, combined with its passion for design, to the full. The design of this collection is one of essential forms and elegant details from the high-tech world of the highest quality mechanical engineering that is its inspiration.
The table and reading lamps in particular have a light flow that can be directed with precision. There are three moveable parts: the base rotates on ball bearings so that the lamp can be turned a full 360° effortlessly, by simply moving one finger. The height of the arm can be adjusted, thanks to the joint that joins it to the stand. Finally, the adjustable bar of the diffuser allows you to direct the light with millimetric precision. The dimmer is not only practical, but also an important aesthetic element. It is placed on the arm opposite the diffuser and its shape, graphics and colour resemble the revolution counter of a sports car.
All the versions come in chrome with opaque black grip details (a varnish that is rubbery to the touch and anti-slip). The whole collection uses a 60 watt halogen bulb with a G9 fitting.
The AX 20 is suitable for various environments (the home, your home office or the office), either alone or in combination, but it is also perfect for contract projects.
The table lamp has a minimum height of 40 cm and a maximum width of 85 cm with a 22 cm diameter base.
The reading lamp has a minimum height of 94 cm and a maximum width of 85 cm with a 25 cm diameter base.
The suspension light with three lights has a maximum height of 200 cm and is 78 cm wide.
The suspension light with one light has a maximum height of 120 cm.
The suspension light with one arm has a maximum height of 95 cm and a maximum width of 99 cm and is also available in a version with two arms (maximum width 198 cm)
The adjustable spotlight – for walls and ceilings – is 14 cm high and 20 cm deep.
The wall light (with arm) has a maximum height of 48 cm and has a maximum depth of 47 cm.
With the AX 20 Axo Light offers a high-tech light with rigorous design, whose minimalist nature is softened by its imaginative and original details in a successful combination of creativity and technical reliability.
