AUGENTI ALGORITHM SYSTEM
Learning from this limit of the traditional systems, on all the Augenti RGBW products we integrated a smart
MICROCHIP, with its own internal management software called ALGORITHM , which acts as a filter between
the controller/driver and the 4 LED chips. The function of ALGORITHM is exactly to equalize the transaction
among the different colors, assigning to the single chip (considering the primary color) or to the group of chips
(for a mixed secondary color) the maximum of the power the system can commit. Then, as a result, with re-
spect to the traditional system, a primary color (for example, Green) will be committed the 100% of the avai-
lable power, working with an elevated flux, and not the 25% of the traditional systems. The same thing will be
shown during the mix (for the Orange, for example), where the maximum of the power is shared between two
chips proportionally to the intensity and the saturation of the desired color.
So, considering the same power with a standard RGBW system, a System equipped with AUGENTI ALGORI-
THM is more performing and guarantees a better output of the visible color spectrum. The AUGENTI ALGO-
RITHM system is planned on all the RGBW fixtures in the catalogue and it is perfectly compatible with all
the DMX control systems, giving to the customer the freedom to set its personal management program up,
without any bond of the fixture.
Single Chip (Full Color)
Case of a single primary color, for example green.
Standard system: the single chip is powered dividing the
total power for each channel:
(25% R / 25% G / 25% B/ 25% W).
AUGENTI ALGORITHM system: the single chip is powe-
red at the total power of 100%, with the consequent
increase of the supplied flux ( bigger than over the
double).
Multiple Chip (Mixing Color)
Even in the case of a secondary color (in this case
yellow/orange), obtained by mixing red and green,
the AUGENTI ALGORITHM System manages the
power supply of the two LEDs so that the total
power is distributed proportionally to the intensity
necessary to obtain the desired tone.
