Handmade rugs
The very essence of handmade rugs is that they
are unique; because of this there can be some
small variance in yarn shade or design from one
rug to the next. All sizes quoted in this catalogue
are approximate and actual sizes may vary by
+/- 5%.
Colours
The colours of the rugs shown are as
accurate as the printing process allows.
Warranty
We offer a limited one year warranty on all our
rugs against manufacturing defects when used
in a domestic dwelling. If a manufacturing defect
is identified upon receipt of the rug, or develops
under normal usage conditions, we will repair
or replace the damaged rug. Issues caused by
normal wear are not considered manufacturing
defects. These include but are not limited to the
following:
• shedding – this is normal in new rugs
• sprouting – occasional loose yarns is normal,
simply trim
• fading – caused by exposure to direct sunlight
• soiling or staining – accidental spills or general
soiling are beyond our control
• wet areas – our rugs are not covered for bath
or shower rooms where they may become wet.
This warranty does not cover tears, burns, cuts,
pulls or other damage, general deterioration,
staining, loss of colour or appearance caused
by abuse or improper maintenance. It does not
cover products placed in commercial premises or
areas of higher than normal traffic. This warranty
is not transferable, proof of purchase will be
required.
