Rainer Bachschmid

Rainer Bachschmid was born in the south of
Germany. Among training as a cabinetmaker
he studied Industrial Design at the University
of Wuppertal. After graduation he collaborated
with some designers like Babel and Moll Design.
He worked within 10 years as the head of de-
velopment and design for the furniture factory
Reinhard AG. In the year 2006 he founded ra-
badesign and 2009 rabadesign GmbH of Swit-
zerland.
Geboren wurde Rainer Bachschmid 1966 in Süd-
deutschland. Nach seinem Abschluss an der Uni-
versität in Wuppertal Industrie Design arbeitete
er unter anderem in namhaften Designbüros.
Danach zog er in die Schweiz, wo er während 10
Jahren als Leiter Design und Entwicklung beim
Möbelproduzenten Reinhard AG tätig war. 2006
gründete er sein Designstudio und 2009 raba-
design GmbH.
Rainer Bachschmid je rođen na jugu Njemačke.
Pored temeljne tablearske obuke studirao je i
industrijski dizajn na Univerzitetu u Wuppertalu.
Nakon mature surađivao je sa poznatim diza-
jnerskim studijima kao Babel i Moll Design. Tu
radi 10 godina za tvornicu namještaja Reinhard
AG kao šef odjela za ravoj i dizajn. 2006. godine
osniva svoj dizajnerski studio a 2009. godine po-
kreće u Švicarskoj rabadesign GmbH.

NICK RENNIE STUDIO was formed in 2001.“De-
sign to us is the presentation of a problem and
the opportunity to offer a solution. On a personal
level, however, it is so much more than that. It is
the ability to feel emotion the moment you see
or interact with something. It can be so simple,
but can still just resonate with you on every le-
vel. This thinking provides the foundation for the
studios philosophy.
NICK RENNIE STUDIO wurde 2001 gegründet.
Design ist für uns die Darstellung eines Problems
und die Möglichkeit, eine Lösung anzubieten. Auf
persönlicher Ebene ist es jedoch noch viel mehr.
Es ist die Fähigkeit, Emotionen zu spüren, wenn
Sie etwas sehen oder mit etwas interagieren. Es
kann so einfach sein, kann aber auf jeder Ebene
mit Ihnen mitschwingen.
Nick Rennie Studio je osnovan 2001 godine.
Dizajn za nas je prezentacija problema i prilike
da se ponudi riješenje. Ali na ličnom nivou, to
je mnogo više od toga. To je mogućnost da os-
jetiš emocije u trenutku kada vidiš ili suočiš s sa
nečim. Može da bude tako jednostavno ali ipak
može resonirati sa vama na svakom nivou. Ovo
razmišljanje je osnova filozofije ovog studija.
