2009. godine osnovali smo tvrtku ARTECO Wood Technology Center s idejom da upravo ta tvrtka bude
pokretač novog vala u drvnoj industriji Bosne i Hercegovine. Drvna industrija je uvijek bila vodeća industri-
jska grana u BiH, no primarno kao izvoznik sirovine. Arteco kao jedinstveni tehnološki centar za drvno-pre-
rađivačku industriju nastoji tu tendenciju preokrenuti te pružiti infrastrukturu i znanje na području dizajna,
izrade prototipa, rada na suvremenim CAD strojevima, strojevima za obradu drveta, završne obrade, pripreme,
sušenja sirovina te pomoć pri izvozu završnih drvno-prerađivačkih producta. Tvrtka je nastala u suradnji s
projektom Excellence in Innovation koji je podržan od strane USAID (United States Agency for International
Development) i Ministarstva vanjskih poslova kraljevine Norveške.
Technology
In 2009 we founded the company ARTECO
Wood Technology Center with the idea to
make the company the driving force of a new
movement in Bosnia-Herzegovina’s wood
industry. The wood industry has always been
B-H’s leading industry, but primarily due to the
export of raw material. As a unique technolog-
ical centre for the wood-processing industry,
Arteco aims to reverse this trend, providing
infrastructure and expertise in design, proto-
type production, work on state-of-the-art CAD
machinery, woodwork machinery, finishing,
preparation, raw material drying and help in
the export of final wood-processing products.
The company was set up in collaboration with
the Excellence in Innovation project, support-
ed by the USAID (United States Agency for In-
ternational Development) and the Norwegian
Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Im Jahr 2009 gründeten wir die Firma ARTECO
Wood Technology Center mit der Idee, eine
neue Welle in der Holzindustrie in Bos-
nien-Herzegowina auszulösen. Die Holzindus-
trie war schon immer der führende Indus-
triezweig in Bosnien-Herzegowina, allerdings
primär als Exporteur von Rohstoffen. Arteco
- als ein einzigartiges Technologie-Zentrum
für die Holzverarbeitungsindustrie - versucht,
diesen Trend umzukehren, und die Infrastruk-
tur und Wissen auf dem Gebiet des Designs,
der Prototypherstellung, Arbeit mit modernen
CAD-Maschinen, Holzverarbeitungsmaschin-
en, der Endbearbeitung, der Vorbereitung,
dem Trocknen des Rohmaterials, sowie Hilfe
beim Export der Endprodukte der Holzverar-
beitung zu bieten. Die Firma ist entstanden in
Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projekt „Excellence
in Innovation“, welches von USAID (United
States Agency for International Development)
und dem Norwegischen Außenministerium
unterstützt wird.
