LAPPLICAZIONE DELLA PITTURA
Per migliorare l’adesione della pittura a quarzo, i nostri maestri artigiani applicano sul pannello
una sostanza aggrappante a base di resine acriliche certiﬁcata in base alle normative europee in termini di resa,
prestazioni e sicurezza.
Dopo 24-36 ore dalla stesura dell’aggrappante, viene applicata la pittura a quarzo Venezia Graf (a grana spessa) o
Sacile Graf (a grana sottile).
L’applicazione della pittura viene eseguita a mano con movimenti circolari tramite l’utilizzo del frattazzo.
Il tempo di asciugatura dipende dalla temperatura dell’ambiente: normalmente risulta più breve nei mesi estivi e più
lungo nei mesi invernali.
La pittura, comunque, necessita di un tempo di asciugatura di almeno 48 ore.
La fase di ﬁnitura consiste nell’applicazione con rullo dello smalto seta satinato (per le pitture Venezia Graf)
o nella stesura della velatura con l’utilizzo del pennello (per le pitture Sacile Graf).
