With its name, this fabric echoes the colourful atmospheres of Portugal.
The embroideries create the geometric figures marking this woven
white fabric. The kaleidoscope effect – obtained by adding a rigorous
geometry on a chevron motif, in order to deconstruct it - is emphasized
by the smaller irregular portions in which every figure is divided into, each
embroidered with a different colour.

NANJING

On this rich lampas, dragonflies and bamboo leaves are drawn on a
canneté background. The décor on silk is created with additional wefts to
simulate embroideries. The colourful variants and subtler neutral tones are
enlivened by bright touches of colour on intricate details. Nanjing is not
suitable for piping.

Singapore features a design with Eastern-inspired fans depicted with
realism on a light jacquard. Floral motifs are represented with vivid
touches of red and gold, and refined by black and silver details in contrast
with the even sage hue of the background. The three-dimensional effect
is emphasized by the addition of a shade effect around the edges of the
fans. Singapore is presented in a single colour variant.

Suva presents the same inspiration of Surabaya, but with a shinier and
more defined design: an aerial view of an Asian landscape, with water
canals and rice fields. The plain satin inserts add a refined touch to this
elegant fabric. The colour palette includes a neutral tone as well as bright
green and blue options.
