EN STELE was born thanks to the inspiration from the Sicilian
landscapes of the Valley of the Temples and from Segesta,
characterized from the presence of architectural remains
of the Ancient Greece. The ribbed stem creates a physical
and tridimensional surface, emphasized by the material
and by lights and shadows. From the arched opening a
light spreads evoking a luminous portal, creating cozy and
suggestive atmospheres.
IT STELE nasce ispirandosi ai paesaggi siciliani della Valle dei
Templi e di Segesta, caratterizzati dalla presenza di importanti
resti architettonici dell’Antica Grecia. Il fusto cannettato crea una
superficie materica e tridimensionale, enfatizzata dal materiale e da
luci e ombre. Dall’apertura ad arco si diffonde una luce che evoca
un portale luminoso, creando atmosfere accoglienti e suggestive.
DE Die Idee für STELE hat ihren Ursprung in den landschaftlichen
Merkmalen des Tals der Tempel und in der antiken Stadt
Segesta in Sizilien. Geprägt sind diese Stätten von bedeutenden
architektonischen Überbleibseln des Antiken Griechenlands. Der
geriffelte Körper erzeugt eine greifbare und dreidimensionale
Oberfläche, welche durch das Material, sowie durch Licht und
Schatten betont wird. Von der bogenförmigen Öffnung breitet sich
Licht aus, das an ein hell erleuchtetes Portal erinnert und eine
angenehme und stimmungsvolle Atmosphäre schafft.
FR STELE est né en s’inpirant des paysages Siciliens de la vallée des
temples et de Segeste, caractérisée par la présence d’importants
vestiges architecturaux de la Grèce antique. La tige nervurée crée
une surface matérielle et tridimensionnelle, soulignée par la matière
ainsi que des jeux d’ombres et lumières. De cette ouverture cintrée,
se propage une lumière qui évoque un portail lumineux, créant une
atmosphère à la fois accueillante et évocatrice.
