Possible changes in the colour or eventual imperfections are due \nto the particular natural wood and for this reason have to be considered an \nadditional value and a guarantee of the product.\nU P H O L S T E R E D  I T E M S\nLeathers used on our items are all natural leathers: they can be plain or patterned. \nAny imperfections and\u002For colour changes from leather to leather or from batch \nto batch are not to be considered as a fault since they represent the typical \ncharacteristic of the leather itself. The natural variations of colors stimulated \nby artificial of natural lights, the minimal dimensional variations caused by un-\ncommon levels of humidity or dryness, and in general other natural features of \nthe upholstery coverings, do not have to be considered defects. For leathers \nand hides, all the natural marks, wrinkliness, different levels of gleam and \nshade, spots and general imperfections, folds due to the natural expansion or \nmovement during use, do not have to be considered defects but elements which \nfeatured a natural product and its authenticity. In some cases (particularly for \nlight colors), these features are more evident, because the technique for tanning \nthem stresses the naturalness of the product and it doesn’t cover it with painting \nor printing. The features of some types of fabrics are related to their composition \nor way of production and do not have to be considered defects. For example, \nwe describe: “interference pattern effect”, “dark-light effect”, “stain effect”, \n“imprint effect on velvets and chinilles. In fabrics, leathers and hides, each batch \nof production can have minimal variations of tones, in comparison both to the \nsamples sets and to items which have been produced in different periods. A \nproper use of the products and a proper maintenance of upholsteries, allow \nto preserve their quality in time. We recommend to cover the Velcro areas \nduring washing, so that these parts cannot damage or scratch the fabrics. The \nupholstered parts, particularly the ones with covering in feather , are more \ninclined to folds or crumples, due to common use. The furniture can only be \nproduced with plain and smooth leathers without decorative patterns.
