Awareness of the need to \nprovide light where and how it is needed, by \ndimming the amount of light and controlling \nits activation dynamically, in time and space, \nsaves energy and improves visual comfort.  \nThe converting process of ON-OFF products \ninto DALI products, which began a few years \nago on the entire SIMES portfolio, has been \nconfirmed by an ever-increasing awareness and \nall the new products presented here have been \ndesigned with remote control in mind.\nTHE COLOUR OF LIGHT, in the RGB field, \nbut especially in the field of white control, has \nbecome an issue closely linked to well-being, \nrespect for the environment and biological \nrhythms. Offering Tunable White solutions is \nno longer the prerogative of interiors only, but \nis also becoming increasingly important for \noutdoor applications.   \n \nThe performance of new LEDs now makes it \npossible to far exceed the actual illuminance \nrequired for visual and design purposes. Hence \nthe decision to maintain adequate flux and \nilluminance levels, but to increase EFFICIENCY \nby reducing current levels and consequently \nextending the life of the LEDs. \nOnce again, the upgrading of light sources \nwill affect many of the families in the Simes \ncatalogue.
