The second, lighter one contains the kitchen and living room, sleeping area and a dining area surrounded by \nlarge sliding windows that turn the house into a terrace open to the garden. \nThe villa is conceived as a perforated box in which openings become small private courtyards. Moving through the house, it turns \ninto an ever-changing promenade in which volumes are visually connected and materials blend in with the vegetation.\nSituée dans la Plaine du Pô, à la lisière d'une ville de campagne face à une rivière, la Villa Orizzonte cherche à s'intégrer au \nmaximum dans le paysage environnant. \nLe bâtiment luxueux est conçu comme une ligne allongée qui se fond dans son environnement et sa présence s'inscrit dans le \ncontexte naturel comme un geste puissant d'horizontalité.\nLe toit, conçu comme la cinquième façade du bâtiment, est l'élément qui unifie tous les volumes et est marqué par un équilibre \nentre les pleins et les vides qui définit les espaces intérieurs et extérieurs.\nLe bâtiment est idéalement divisé en deux volumes fonctionnels : le premier, entièrement revêtu de pierre, abrite les zones de \nservice, le garage et un petit bureau. Two large cut walls, with dark stoneware \ncladding that mimics the veining of marble, signal the main guidelines of the project. On the south elevation, the septum marks \nthe direction of the entrance; from here there is a wide staircase leading to the outdoor pool.\nThe goal of the interior design was to create unique and distinguished environments: the living room that connects with the \npatio; the kitchen organized in such a way as to “force” the users gaze toward the landscape; the dining room that dialogues \nwith the large garden; the relaxing spa with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and gym; and, finally, the corner office that is \nenveloped by the surrounding landscape thanks to the large windows. \nThe natural slope of the land also made the panoramic location of the swimming pool possible and freed the main façade of the \nvilla from any possible visual obstruction.\nLa Villa Orizzonte, située à Castelfidardo dans le cadre magnifique de la Riviera del Conero, est une résidence de luxe de 1.100 m² \nsur trois étages, aux formes contemporaines et aux performances énergétiques élevées.\nL'architecture extérieure se caractérise par une combinaison de blanc et de gris simples et par une série d'auvents noirs qui \nconfèrent au projet son horizontalité et orientent le regard du visiteur vers le paysage environnant. The Palladian principle of the \nboundary villa, with the urban and agricultural fronts, is addressed and resolved differently.
