First of all \nwe investigated interior of their villa built not far from the downtown of Moscow.\nThese customers had very delicate taste and paid a lot of attention to the details.  \nThey wanted to use expensive Italian materials. These materials were used for floors  \nand covers, furniture and interior items and were purposed to be distinct  \nfor own style and show preferences and exclusive design.\nAlthough building of the villa was modern with express modern exterior we planned to create \nclassic interior with individual accent. Our purpose was to make well-balanced, if possible, and \ndivers design using various details and interior elements. Every room is individual  \nand specific depending on its purpose. We managed to create unique common area,  \ncorridors and passages and individual rooms where shapes and materials had been  \nchosen according to the taste of the customers.\nWe started to work on the project taking the instructions and close attention of the customers \nto the details into account. Особое внимание они уделяли деталям \nи высказали пожелание, чтобы в ходе работ были использованы ценные отделочные \nматериалы итальянского производства. У всех покрытий, мебели и предметов интерьера \nдолжен быть собственный ярко выраженный уникальный стиль, отличающийся изысканным \nдизайном и отражающий вкусовые предпочтения хозяев.\nИ хотя само здание выполнено в современном стиле, интерьер виллы спроектирован  \nв классическом духе с яркими индивидуальными акцентами. The Project had been developed, presented and \nimplemented in cooperation with Russian workers and Italian technical experts who provided \nlaying of the floor coating and installation of the customized furniture.\nOur company paid a lot of attention to the ideas of the customers regarding various premises \nwhich were not used in day-to-day life, such as disco, library or pool. The customers chose the \nmaterials and disposition of the premises. We constantly contacted with the customers  \nand they came to the project site.\nWhen we examined the building for the first time, we proceeded to the development of the \nfirst technical drawings in order to change the walls and determine different floor levels. We just \nwanted to create shape of the project. We performed these works in cooperation  \nwith Russian workers and controlled them.\nWhen we were sure that all the changes provided the required result, we began to develop \ngraphical schemes of the ceilings. Utilities hadn’t been laid that’s why together with engineers and \ntechnical experts we managed to propose our ideas regarding location of various equipment and \nconnections over the hung ceiling, laying of various pipelines and installation grating for the airs \nexhaust from the conditioning system. Instillation of gratings was very important for villa’s owner \nbecause he didn’t want to install metal gratings in the places where they could be seen  \nand asked us to develop the system with hidden air ducts.\nWe drilled hidden holes in the gypsum wallboard and then covered them with a gypsum molding \nat the different levels and managed to create filtration areas with hidden gratings in the ceiling. \nGround floor \nПервый этаж\n",9,{"image":50,"text":51,"number":52},"\u002Fmedia\u002Fimages\u002F31\u002F40463a8608ec297165886d4d33ad2f.10.png","19\nVILLA ALLA\nTHE PROJECT – ПРОЕКТ \n18\nVILLA ALLA\nVILLA ALLA\nFirst floor\nВторой этаж\nSome premises were constructed in such a way that it was impossible to hide  \nthe gratings but we found the way out and made them an integral part  \nof the interior design (cigar room and library).\nWe invited Russian engineers to work on some premises (cloakroom next to the entrance, \ndisco). They made bearing structures required for implementation of our project design and \ncomponents which were an integral part of the project.\nIn other cases (guest bathroom, pool area and partly disco) we manufactured steel \nconstructions in Italy in order to provide the best quality of ready construction elements, \nincluding wall with onyx and back light in the guest bathroom or marble coat  \nfor windows in the pool area. Разработку, презентацию  \nи последующее воплощение в жизнь первоначального проекта проводили  \nв сотрудничестве с российскими работниками, а также при участии итальянских \nтехнических специалистов, которые выполняли укладку напольных покрытий  \nи установку изготовленной по индивидуальному заказу мебели.\nОсобенно важно было соблюсти пожелания клиентов по оформлению различных \nпомещений, не связанных с повседневной деятельностью: например, дискотеки, \nбиблиотеки и бассейна. Хозяева сами выбирали отделочные материалы и расположение \nпомещений, а благодаря постоянному общению во время их частых посещений \nстроительной площадки удалось выполнить все их пожелания.\n \nПосле осмотра и ознакомления с объектом недвижимости мы перешли к разработке \nпервых технических планов по изменению местоположения стен и определения высоты \nполов, расположенных на разных уровнях. Это было необходимо для того, чтобы \nпроект начал обретать форму. На данном этапе мы тесно сотрудничали с российскими \nстроителями, выполнявшими все необходимые работы под нашим контролем.\n \nЗатем, убедившись, что внесенные изменения обеспечивают требуемый результат, мы \nперешли к составлению графических схем потолков. Хозяин виллы попросил  \nне устанавливать металлические решетки на видных местах и спроектировать систему \nтак, чтобы все вентиляционные каналы были тщательно скрыты.\n \nОтверстия в гипсокартоне замаскировали гипсовыми выступами двухуровневого \nпотолка и расположили вентиляционные решетки таким образом, чтобы их нельзя было \nзаметить снизу. Там, где это оказалось невозможным (в сигарной комнате и библиотеке), \nмы превратили их в естественные элементы внутренней отделки.\n \nК работе над некоторыми помещениями (гардеробной у входа, дискотеки) мы привлекали \nроссийских инженеров. В их обязанности входило выполнение несущих конструкций,  \nа также конструкций и компонентов, являвшихся неотъемлемой частью оформления.\nВ других случаях (гостевой санузел, зона бассейна и частично дискотека)  \nмы изготавливали стальные конструкции в Италии, чтобы обеспечить высокий уровень \nкачества наиболее сложных элементов дизайна, например, стен с ониксовыми плитами \nи специальной подсветкой в гостевом санузле, или фрагментов мраморного покрытия \nвокруг фигурного окна в зоне бассейна. В окно для улучшения освещения помещения  \nбыли встроены оптические волокна.\nДля установки полов – от мраморных до паркетных, или кожаных (в гардеробных) –  \nмы обратились к услугам итальянских специалистов. В то же время гипсовые \nдекоративные элементы для потолка и стен изготовлены российскими работниками. \nЧтобы обеспечить стилистическое единство оформления и высокий уровень качества их \nработу There are also doors to the \nboth cloakrooms and the bedroom with a bed at the platform.\nBed-head is padded in Capitone style. There is a canopy with curtains at the ceiling. The bed \nis made of carved wood and emphasizes significance of this room. There is also a big bath \ninstalled at the platform and fixed to the floor in this room.\nThe ceiling is decorated with gypsum elements and two big glazed surfaces.\nThere are two well-rounded doors to two bathrooms of the owners connected with a shared \nshower room. Here we used finishing materials of different colors. Female bathroom goes \nto the boudoir though several stairs covered as well as the floor with red leather. Red color \nis reproduced in the unique accessories, such as wardrobe handles, ceilings decorated with \nwooden and glass panels, paneling capitone and landscape mirrors.\nFloor of the male cloakroom is also covered with leather of dark color. Здесь \nрасположены двери двух гардеробных. Далее – собственно спальня с установленной  \nна возвышении кроватью из резного дерева. Изголовье выполнено в технике «капитоне», \nнад кроватью – ниспадающий складками балдахин. В спальне находится большая ванная, \nвстроенная в высокий подиум. Потолок декорирован большими зеркалами и лепниной.\nДве богато инкрустированные арочные двери ведут в уборные, между которыми \nрасполагается общая душевая. В данном случае мы использовали облицовочные  \nматериалы различных цветов. Из женской уборной, поднявшись по нескольким  \nступенькам, покрытым красной кожей, как и весь пол, можно перейти в будуар хозяйки.  \nВ красном цвете оформлены также часть тщательно подобранных аксессуаров, например, \nручки шкафа, рамы больших настенных зеркал, а также участки потолка, украшенного \nдеревянными и стеклянными панелями, и панели, оббитые в технике «капитоне».\nВ гардеробной хозяина дома пол выполнен из темной кожи. There are also half-round \nsofas and the ceiling is decorated with wood. A big glass wall with a black light made of onyx-\nlike glass panels installed at the bearing structure attracts attention of all guests.\nGuest bathroom is situated in front of the disco. This room is finished with onyx materials \nimproved with fancy steel inserts across the walls at the bottom and at the top.  \nThere is a hand-wash bawl in the shape of monolithic onyx block.\nНа работах по созданию зала «Дискотека» мы присутствовали гораздо чаще, чем на \nлюбом другом помещении виллы. Дискотека – это большое, разделенное на две зоны \nпомещение. Часть комнаты, расположенная на более высоком уровне, ограждена \nстальными перилами и остеклением. There is a crossing with two \nlateral passages in the middle of the main passage. There is a half-round sofa and down dome \nin the crossing point. This construction is based of elegant design including varnished wood \nwith silver decoration. The ceilings are with caissons. Central reading space is also finished with \nthe same panels.
