Stärke.Bei der Anwendung des Klebemittels \nmüssen die Gebrauchsanwelsungen des Herstellers genaüstens eingehalten werden.\n• Bei der Verlegung von Aussenbelägen muß das Klebemittel entweder doppelt \naufgetragen werden (d.h. auf den Unterboden und auf die Fliesenrückseite) oder \nein Spachtel ohne Zähne verwendet werden. Die Oberfläche der Fliese mit einem entsprechenden Mittel behandeln.\n 3. Die Kanten der Fliese mit einem Papier-Klebeband abdecken und das Verfugungsmaterial \nmit einer Spritze anbringen. Der Zementmörtel für eine traditionelle Verlegung und der \nfür eine Verlegung mit Klebemitteln vorbereitete Unterboden müssen durch eine Schicht \nvon zwei übereinandergelegten Polyäthynelfolien oder einem ähnlichen Material von der \nAuflagefläche getrennt werden.\n• Bei durchgehenden großen Flächen (40 m2 für Innenräume, 20 m2 für Innenräume 20 \nm2 für ussenflächen) muß der Bodenbelag mit elastichen Stößen versehen werden, \ndie entsprechend dem Projekt oder nach den Anweisungen der Bauleitung oder aber, \nfalls kein CERDISA-Service o.ä vorliegt, wenigstens alle 4-5 Lm. bei Aussenflächen \nund 6-8 Lm. beinnenflächen, ausgeführt werden müssen. Para pavimentaciones exteriores, siga el método del doble untado del \npegamento (sobre la capa-base y sobre la parte trasera de la baldosa), o bien utilice \nuna espátula sin dientes. Lo anterior vale para colocación sobre una estructura con \nflecha bajo carga inferior a 1-400 de la luz; para flechas supe-riores, consulte nuestro \nservicio de asistencia. En todo caso, las baldosas en CERDISA deben colocarse con \nuna distancia de separación entre cada dos, la cual ha de ser proporcional al formato. \nDe manera indicativa, puede ser la siguiente: 2-3 mm.\n• Se aconseja usar para el estucado el material indicado por el productor del \npegamento, ateniéndose a las instrucciones del mismo.\n• En el caso de que se quiera utilizar un estuque de color, es oportuno hacer una \nprueba con una baldosa suelta, para comprobar si se mancha; en el caso de que se \nmanche, hay tres soluciones posibles:\n 1. renunciar al estucado en color y utilizar mortero de cemento normal;\n 2. tratar la superficie de las baldosas con un producto idóneo;\n 3. cubrir el borde de las baldosas con una cinta engomada y luego estucar utilizando \nuna jeringa. El mortero que constituye el lecho para colocar las baldosas con el \nsistema tradicional, o la capa-base preparada para la aplicación con pegamento deben \nsepararse respecto a la superficie de apoyo mediante un estrato de deslizamiento, \nconstituido por dos láminas superpuestas de polietileno u otro material similar. \n• Para superficies continuas de dimensiones notables (40 m2 para interiores, 20 m2 \npara exteriores), hace falta dotar la pavimentación con juntas elásticas, las cuales \ndeben hacerse conforme al proyecto o bien siguiendo las instrucciones de la Dirección \nde las obras o del servicio de asistencia CERDISA; en todo caso, tales juntas deben \ndejar no más de 4 m2 de superficie continua en las pavimentaciones exteriores y 6 \nm2 en el interior. En el caso de colocación tradicional, con mortero, las juntas elásticas \ntienen que comprender el espesor de las baldosas y del mortero; cuando se colocan \ncon pegamento, hay que onsiderar el espesor de las baldosas, del pegamento y \nde la capa-base. Anche la stuccatura, \nse eseguita con malta formata da cemento e sabbia, deve essere bagnata, una volta \nindurita, per almeno tre giorni.\nPOSA CON ADESIVI\nDa effettuare su caldana precedentemente eseguita e sufficientemente stagionata: in \ncondizioni normali almeno una settimana per ogni cm. di spessore.\n• Per impiego dell’adesivo seguire scrupolosamente le modalità d’uso indicate dal \nproduttore. Per pavimentazioni esterne seguire il metodo della doppia spalmatura \ndell’adesivo (sulla caldana e sul retro della piastrella) oppure usare una spatola senza \ndenti. Quanto detto vale per posa su una struttura con freccia sottocarico inferiore ad \n1\u002F400 della luce, per frecce superiori consultare il ns. servizio di assistenza. In ogni \ncaso le piastrelle in CERDISASTONE debbono essere posate fugate e l’ampiezza \ndella fuga deve essere proporzionale al formato: indicativamente min. 2-3 mm.\n• È consigliabile eseguire la stuccatura col materiale indicato dal produttore dell’adesivo \nseguendo le relative istruzioni.\n• In previsione dell’impiego di uno stucco colorato, si consiglia di sottoporre una \npiastrella non posata ad un test di macchiabilità; se la piastrella si macchia esistono \ntre possibilità:\n \n1. Rinunciare alla stuccatura colorata, ed impiegare normale malta cementizia;\n \n2. Trattare con idoneo prodotto le superfici delle piastrelle;\n \n3. Stuccare mediante l’impiego di una apposita siringa e previa nastratura con carta \ngommata dei bordi delle piastrelle. La malta di allettamento per la posa tradizionale \ne la caldana predisposta per la posa con adesivo debbono essere separate dal piano \ndi appoggio mediante uno strato di scorrimento costituito da due fogli sovrapposti di \npolietilene o materiale similare.\n• Per superfici continue di notevoli dimensioni (40 m2 per interni - 20 m2 per esterni), la \npavimentazione deve essere provvista di giunti elastici, che devono essere eseguiti \ncome da progetto oppure seguendo le istruzioni della direzione lavori o, in mancanza, \ndel servizio assistenza CERDISA e corrispondenti comunque a non più di 4 m2 di \nsuperficie continua per esterni e di 6 m2 per interni. I giunti elastici devono interessare \nlo spessore delle piastrelle e della malta, nella posa tradizionale e delle piastrelle, \ndell’adesivo e della caldana nella posa con adesivi. Per eventuali informazioni sulle \nmodalità di esecuzione dei giunti è a disposizione il ns. servizio di assistenza clienti. \nSi consiglia di posare il CERDISASTONE levigato solamente con adesivi e su \nsuperfici perfettamente piane.\nTRADITIONAL LAYING WITH CEMENT MORTAR\n• Maximum mortar thickness 5-6 cm.\n• Add binding agent in the proportion of 300-350 Kg.\u002Fm3 of Portland 325, cement for \ngeneral use; pozzolanic cement is to be preferred for laying outdoors.\n• Water\u002Fcement ratio 0,5 max.\n• Dusting with cement max thickness 2 mm. equivalent to approximately 2,8-3,5 Kg.\u002Fm2.\n• The floor cannot be grouted until at least 24 hours after laying, and it is even better \nto wait for two or three days. During this period the floor must be protected against \nexcessively fast evaporation with plastic sheeting, or if this is not available by \ncontinuous wetting. The grouting, if carried out using a cement and sand mortar, must \nalso be wet for at least three days after setting.\nLAYING WITH ADHESIVES\nThe cement-screed must be prepared well in advance and suitably cured: in normal \nconditions at least one week for each cm. of thickness.\n• Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use of the adhesive in every detail.\n• For outdoor laying, use the double application method (spreading adhesive both on \nthe cement-screen and on the back of the tile) or use a smooth-edged spreading \ntool. This method is acceptable for structures with deflection under load less than \n1\u002F400 of span; for higher defections consult our service organization. In all cases \nCERDISASTONE tiles must be laid with grout, and the width of the grout must be \nproportional to the tile size: guideline values are min. 2-3 mm.\n• Grout with a material recommended by the adhesive manufacturer, following the \nrelative instructions.\n• If a coloured grout is to be used, carry out a stain test on a tile which has not been \nlaid. If the tile stains, there are three possibilities:\n 1. Give up the idea of the coloured grout, and use an ordinary cement mortar;         \n 2. Treat the tile surfaces with a suitable product;\n 3. Grout using a special applicator after taping the tile edges with adhesive tape. The \ncement mortar for conventional laying and the cement-screen prepared for laying \nwhith adhesive must be separated from the contact surface by a layer consisting two \noverlapping sheets of polyethylene or similar.\n• For large size continuous surfaces (40 sqm. for indoor settings, 20 sqm. for \noutdoors) the flooring must include expansion joints, which must be constructed \nas specified by the architect or following the instructions of the site director. If \nthese instructions are not available, contact the CERDISA service organization. \nThe expansion joints must correspond to not more than 4-5 meters of continuous \nsurface for outdoor installations and 6-8 meters for indoor flooring. The expansion \njoints must pass through the whole thickness of the tiles and the mortar in \nconventional laying system, and of the tile, the adhesive and the cement-screen \nwhen adhesives are used. Pour l’emploi de \nl’adhésif, suivre scrupuleusement les indications données par le producteur.\n• Pour des carrelages externes, suivre la méthode du double étalement de l’adhésif (sur \nla sous couche et derrière le carreau) ou bien utiliser une spatule sans dents. Ceci \nest valable pour faire une structure avec flèche sous charge inférieure à 1\u002F400 de la \nlumière: pour des flèches supérieures, consulter notre service après-vente. Dans tous \nles cas, les carreaux en CERDISA doivent être posés avec joints et l’ampleur du joint \ndoit être proportionnelle au format. A titre indicatif: mini 2-3 mm.\n• Il est conseillé d’effectuer le jointoiement avec la matière indiquée par le producteur \nde l’adhésif en suivant les instructions données par ce dernier.\n Si l’on désire employer une matière de jointoiement colorée, il est conseillé de soumettre \nun carreau non posé à un test de maculage; si le carreau reste taché, il y a trois \npossibilités:\n 1. Renoncer au jointoiement coloré et utiliser du mortier de ciment normal;\n 2. Traiter la surface des carreaux avec un produit approprié;\n 3. Mettre des bandes de papier gommé sur les bords des carreaux et ensuite jointoyer \navec une seringue spéciale. Le mortier de ciment pour la pose traditionnelle et la sous-\ncouche préparée pour la pose avec adhésif doivent être séparés du plan d’appui par \nune couche constituée de deux feuilles super-posées de plyéthylène ou de matière \nsemblable.\n• Pour des surfaces continues de trés grandes dimensions (40 m2 pour intérieurs, \n20 m2 pour extérieurs), le carrelage doit avoir des joints élastiques, exécutés \nselon le projet, ou suivant les instructions de la direction des travaux ou du service \naprès-vente CERDISA et correspondants, de toute façon sans dépasser 4-5 ml. \nde surface continue pour extérieurs et 6-8 ml. pour intérieurs. Les joints lastiques \ndoivent intéresser l’épaisseur des carreaux dans la pose tradition-nelle, et des \ncarreaux, de adhésifs et de la sous-couche dans la pose avec des adhésifs.
