The Marietta \nlamp is contemporary, decorative, \nwarm, and enveloping. The original \nMarietta is clearly an indoor light but \nJoana wanted to adapt it for outdoor \nsettings. To do so, the Outdoor version \nis made from white polyethylene, with \nwhich she imitated  the texture and \nwave-like form of the ribbon-shade \nin the original design.
